Q. I see a dog or cat on the web site that I want to adopt who should I talk to?
A. You should go to How to Adopt section fill out the questionnaire and send the completed questionnaire to the adoption counselor.

Q. I see a dog or a cat on the web site that I want to adopt, but I want more information before I fill out a questionnaire. What should I do?
A. Call the Animal Hot Line. The person answering the phone can give you more information about the animal in question. Be sure to leave a message if no one answers. If you don't get a call back within 2-3 days, you should email the animal hotline or the adoption counselor.

Q. I have a dog or a cat that I want to put through the AFCHS's adoption program. What should I do?
A. Call or email the Animal Hot line and someone will help you. Note: you should always call before sending an email. Be sure to leave a message when you call, someone will get back to you.

Q. I have questions about an event listed or questions about the educational programs. What should I do?
A. Call the Office & Education Center or email to General Office email.

Q. I want to report broken links or my animal's information is incorrect on the web site. What should I do?
A. Send an email to Web site information. It will be corrected with 3-5 business days if there is a problem.
