Looking for a handsome man to make your life complete? Meet Dusty. He is a 1 to 1 ½  year-old, 15-pound, white and tan with gorgeous eyes,  he is a Terrier possibly mixed with Schnauzer. Dusty is another true rescue story! He was found with what appeared to be his deceased litter mate in a railyard. He was COVERED in ticks and the vet suggested possibly suffering from Tick Paralysis. It took him a couple days to regain his strength and be able to get up and move around.  He is a timid boy though he is coming out of his shell. Can you be patient with him while he learns what the good life is?  He doesn’t show interest in toys here at the sanctuary but we think that might change with some one-on-one play. He will blossom in a home environment. He gets along with most other dogs.  Housetraining should be easy as he keeps his kennel clean at night. He may need some leash training.  He is neutered up to date on shots and microchipped. Dusty will be a wonderful companion for an adult home.
