Despite her small size, she has a big heart and a gentle spirit, eager to blossom in a calm and loving home.  Pixie is a bit shy at first, so she needs someone patient and gentle who will give her the time she needs to feel safe and loved. Once in your arms, she enjoys being snuggled and cherished—her favorite moments are those quiet cuddles with her favorite person. She loves her best friend Schatzi, and they enjoy snuggling together, so adopting them as a pair is also an option for those looking to add two sweet souls to their family. She will need another dog in the home to make her feel secure.  She is currently learning to use the doggie door and is working on house and leash training. Pixie is scheduled to be spayed, but she’s already vaccinated, microchipped, and has been treated for fleas and dewormed.
