Terrific Tyson is ready to find his forever family! This handsome 1-year-old, 55-pound Pit Bull/Labrador/Heeler mix has already overcome so much—and he’s come out the other side with a heart full of love. Tyson was brought to our sanctuary with an injured leg, and thanks to a kind Good Samaritan, he was given a second chance and is now thriving. Tyson is currently in a foster home where he’s proving to be an absolute gem. He lives happily with cats and dogs of all sizes and is friendly with everyone he meets. (Chickens, however, are a bit too tempting—he thinks they’re toys, so a chicken-free home is best!)  There truly isn’t a mean bone in Tyson’s body. His gentle, loving nature would make him a wonderful companion and even a fantastic therapy dog. He walks beautifully on a leash, rides calmly in the car, and enjoys being by your side. Tyson is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea treated—completely ready to start his new life with you.
