Dainty Daisy is an almost 3-year-old, (09/29/20) 12-pound, reddish tan colored coat w/ 4 white paws and white on her tail .  Pretty little Daisy is a Chihuahua /Spaniel mix.  She has an easy-care smooth coat.  She was surrendered to AFC with her mom Skye and brothers from two previous litters.  Poppi, Shadow and Baron. Her family has to move and are unable to take them along. She is slightly shy but sweet. Will you give her the time she needs to blossom?  She is used to being a pampered house pooch. She wants to lounge on the couch by day and snuggle in your bed at night.  She will need leash training.  She rides well in the car. She is good with other dogs. She lived with a cat that was kept in another room.  She may be good as an only dog with your constant companionship.  She is adjusting to life at the sanctuary. Daisy likes to “talk” so no apartments or condos please.  She is housebroken and used to being let out on a schedule. We expect a few accidents in a new environment.  She is microchipped and currently vaccinated. She is scheduled to be spayed but we are looking for her home now.  Due to her small size and agility, she needs to have sure footed adults in her home and older children, though she loves all ages of children.
