Darling Oreo is a handsome 1 ½ -year-old, 16-pound,  White/ Black, Spaniel type mix?  He has a gorgeous silky coat. He was found dumped with other dogs under a railroad underpass. We don’t know what his past has been but we know his future will be filled with love. This is one special, sweet boy.  He is a joy to be around. Can you give him the time he needs to blossom?  This sweet boy has a sweet disposition and is adjusting well in his foster home.  He would love to lounge on your couch by day and snuggle in your bed at night?  He is good with other dogs and unknown with cats.  He may need leash training.  He is learning to go potty on a schedule.
